All rentals include a 48-hour rental period, unless an extension is arranged in advance. Pickup and return times will be coordinated based on the renter’s event schedule and availability.
Renters are responsible for the care, supervision, and safe use of all games during the rental period. Games must be used only as intended, kept clean and dry, and returned in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear. Games labeled “Indoor or Covered Outdoor” must be kept in a dry, covered area and protected from all weather and outdoor elements at all times. They should not be exposed to rain, snow, or moisture. Games labeled Indoor/Outdoor are built to be more versatile and may be used both inside and outside.

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled rental date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the rental date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the rental date are non-refundable, as your games and time have been reserved specifically for your event.
Each rental includes a $100 refundable damage deposit, returned within 48 hours after pickup and inspection if no damage is found. Normal wear from typical use is expected and will not be considered damage. If repairs are required, up to $100 may be applied toward restoration. If a game is damaged beyond repair and requires full replacement, an additional $150 replacement fee will apply (each game will not exceed a $250 total replacement cost).
Loss, misuse, or excessive damage — including dents, scratches, stains, water exposure, broken or missing pieces, structural damage, or improper use — may result in repair or replacement fees. Damage assessments and costs will be determined at the Owner’s discretion and will not exceed the amount required to repair or replace the item, up to full retail value.
Some games in our collection are labeled “Indoor/Covered Outdoor,” while others are labeled “Indoor/Outdoor.” These designations are important for protecting the quality and longevity of each handcrafted game.
Indoor or Covered Outdoor Games
Games marked Indoor/Covered Outdoor must be kept fully protected from weather and environmental exposure at all times. This means:
• Games must remain under a solid roof or fully covered structure (garage, tent with sides, pavilion, porch, or indoor space).
• They may not be exposed to rain, snow, moisture, sprinklers, excessive wind, or direct ground contact.
• Games should be placed on tables, stable surfaces, or dry flooring — never directly on wet grass, dirt, or uneven ground.
• Renters are responsible for keeping games clean, dry, and free from food, drink spills, dirt, or debris throughout the rental period.
• If weather conditions change, games must be moved or covered immediately.
Indoor/Outdoor Games
Games labeled Indoor/Outdoor are built to be more versatile and may be used both inside and outside. However, renters are still expected to use reasonable care, avoid prolonged moisture exposure, and return all items clean and dry. Failure to follow these usage guidelines may result in cleaning, repair, or replacement fees as outlined in the Damage & Loss Responsibility.

Booking is simple! Check availability for your event, select your games, and secure your reservation with payment. Once confirmed, your date is officially reserved.

We take care of delivery, setup, and pickup for every rental. Timing is coordinated around your schedule, so you can relax and enjoy bigger, brighter games that create unforgettable moments with family and friends.
Our rentals are 48 hours long, and the process is simple! Choose your preferred delivery date and time, and we’ll handle the full setup so you don’t have to lift a finger. After your event, we return for pickup — easy and stress-free. All local deliveries/pickups are FREE!

Every rental includes a $100 refundable damage deposit, which will be returned within 48 hours after the games are picked up and inspected, provided no damage has occurred. Reasonable wear consistent with normal use is expected and will not be considered damage. If major damage is found or pieces of the game are missing, up to $100 may be used to cover repairs such as fixing, recreating, repainting, or restoring the games. In the event a game is severely damaged beyond repair and requires a full replacement, an additional $150 replacement fee will be charged (each game will not exceed $250 total for the full replacement cost).
We will do the set up for you! Our team will bring the games to your venue and set everything up - you don't have to do anything!
