Cancellation Policy

Reservations and Payment: All game rentals must be reserved in advance. A booking is not confirmed until payment is received and confirmation is sent. Availability is limited and bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Rental Period: All rentals are for a 48-hour rental window, with pickup and return times coordinated in advance based on the renter’s event schedule and availability. Delivery: All games are delivered and professionally assembled as a complimentary service within 25 miles of ZIP code 55044. Delivery beyond this radius may be available for an additional fee. The complimentary delivery area includes, but is not limited to, the following cities: Lakeville, Apple Valley, Burnsville, Farmington, Prior Lake, Rosemount, Savage, Eagan, Cottage Grove, Inver Grove Heights, Bloomington and Shakopee. Use & Care: All games are handmade and intended for INDOOR use only, unless otherwise approved in writing. Renters are responsible for supervising all games at all times. Games must be kept clean, dry, and protected from damage. Games may not be altered, painted on, or used in ways other than intended. Damage, Loss & Fees: Renters are responsible for the care and condition of all games during the rental period. Major damage including water damage, excessive wear, missing pieces, broken components, or permanent stains will result in repair or replacement fees, up to the full retail value of the game, as determined by the rental provider. Cancellations & Changes: Cancellations made 30 or more days before the scheduled pickup/delivery may receive a refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within less than 30 days of the rental date are non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Because games are indoor-use only, weather does not qualify for last-minute cancellations or refunds. Liability & Assumption of Risk: Renters and participants agree to assume all risks associated with the game use. That Big Game Company is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages to persons or property that may occur during setup, play, or takedown of the games. The renter accepts full responsibility for ensuring that all participants use the games safely, appropriately, and under proper supervision at all times. Agreement: By booking a rental, the renter agrees to this booking policy and accepts full responsibility for the care and return of all rented items.
